By downloading or using the Kelime Görevi application ("App"), you agree to the following terms of use. Please read these terms carefully.

1. License

Kelime Görevi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. Under this license:

• You may use the App solely for personal entertainment and educational purposes
• Copying, distributing, or republishing the App is prohibited
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the source code is prohibited
• All intellectual property rights remain with the developer

2. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree to the following rules:

• Do not intentionally exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the game
• Cheating or manipulating the leaderboard is prohibited
• Offensive, obscene, or inappropriate usernames are not allowed and may be removed
• Using automated bots, scripts, or similar tools to play the game is prohibited

3. In-App Purchases

Kelime Görevi offers in-app purchases:

• Virtual items (gold, gems, boosters) have no real-world monetary value
• Purchases are non-refundable, subject to platform policies (Google Play / App Store)
• Your purchases are tied to your App Store or Google Play account
• The "Ad-Free" purchase is permanent and valid for your account

4. Advertising

The free version of the App contains ads served via Google AdMob. Ads:

• Are displayed to support the free game experience
• Can be removed via an in-app purchase
• Personalized ads can be disabled in your device settings or the app's privacy settings

5. Account and Data

• Accounts are based on an anonymous device ID; no personal information is required
• Users can permanently delete their account and all data at any time via the Settings menu
• Data cannot be automatically transferred when changing devices; the device ID is device-specific
• The developer is not responsible for data loss caused by the user

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, word database, and software code in Kelime Görevi are protected by the developer's intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without any warranties
• The developer is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App
• The service may be modified or discontinued with or without prior notice
• The developer is not responsible for temporary access issues caused by server outages, maintenance, or technical problems

8. Changes to Terms

These terms of use may be updated from time to time. Changes will be published on this page. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
